    Marc, our personal chef was owner/operator of a Restaurant in Saratoga for 5+ years. He later began a service called @ The Table- a personal chef business, well before this type of industry became popular. He now offers his services only privately.

    Hamburger/Cheeseburger-a fresh ground six ounce sirloin burger cooked over charcoal served on a homemade roll with all the topping

    Italian Sausage-Fresh ground seasoned sausage in a natural casing grilled to perfection over charcoal served on a homemade Hoagie roll topped with onions and peppers
