About Us

Andrew & Tracy

We were fortunate 9 years ago to find our peaceful oasis in this beautiful part of the world. Saratoga is a beloved small town with a historic horse racetrack, world renowned outdoor concert venue, and a gateway to the Adirondacks. With a vision of sharing our home with family and friends, we strove to use our travel experience to make it an inviting, soothing environment to recharge in this hectic world!
Let us work hard so you can relax and experience an excellent vacation at your best home away from home!
You're welcome to stay in either our Saratoga Spring Home or Saratoga Lake Klaus Townhouse and become part of our AT7 family!
Our goal is to use our website as a useful tool to showcase both rental properties, but also help travelers love the area and stay like locals.

Dining

Marc & Shannon, our good friends and neighbors, are restaurant professionals, continually striving to present healthy, natural, homecooked food. They're ready to prepare you a delicious meal in a warm cozy setting. We have two wonderful rooms to dine, The Saratoga Room (Formal Dining) and The Music Room (Pub Style). We host Saturday night entertainment dining events during the year. Be sure to scroll down to see more information!

Amenities

We offer a variety of bookings, wether you stay in a room for a night, the in-law suite for months, or the whole house for the season, our amenities will make your stay as comfortable as your own home.

We now offer "The Klaus" an executive Townhouse just 1 mile from Saratoga Lake & Downtown Malta NY -we have Monthly rates.

We provide complimentary high-speed internet access and HDTV's in every room.

Our kitchen is fully stocked, inside, outside plates and glassware, appliances, spices, oil and all you may need.

We pride ourselves on our comfortable, fresh, queen sized beds, and one king, with high end linens.

Everything you need is here to treat yourself well.

"We stayed at their Spring House for an extended weekend to see a concert a SPAC. The property exceeded expectations. The house was well appointed with everything one could need to sit down and relax. The pool and the fire pit were the highlights of the home, as well as the lower level “suite” which was perfect for our pregnant friend to gain some cool quietness, and easy access to a bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a gourmet meal. The home also has access to a private chef that you can use if you would like a nice meal cooked for you on property. We scheduled him for a Friday night bday dinner. The food was good and the price reasonable to have a night off of shopping, cooking and cleaning. We have rented a few properties over the past years and this one comes in as a new favorite. The homeowners are lovely, too. We will rent here again!" JULY 2019 & JULY 2021 RETURNING GUEST

The house itself is also very roomy with plenty of bedrooms and cozy places for a big group to relax or eat. The kitchen is also very well-stocked; if you plan to cook most of your meals on your stay, as we did, you're all set up! The house was spotlessly clean, which is always valuable but especially right now. I have only positive things to say about this house, and would definitely go back again!" AUGUST 2022.

"We had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Tracy's! The house is gracious and we so enjoyed the backyard (and our kids loved the pool, of course). We grilled on the BBQ, roasted s'mores in the fire pit, and played corn hole on the lawn...and even managed to do some work in the comfortable outdoor furniture. It was so peaceful and enjoyable. There was little incentive to explore the town, quite honestly, we were so happy at the house! Everything was super clean and they've thought of all the incidentals you'll need, whether you're there purely for vacation or you need to also work while away. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The home is very spacious and the special touches made you feel very comfortable. The place was clean and very neat. It is in a great location. We enjoyed having coffee on the back deck. "Andrew and Tracy care very deeply about making this space comfortable. I am a traveling student miles away from my comfort zone, and coming back to this space after a long stressful day felt like I was coming home. I stayed with Andrew and Tracy for 6 weeks, and absolutely loved living with them, they were there for everything I needed but also gave me my own time and space. I never went without in this household and they're more than willing to get you anything you may be missing. The house is in a cute, quiet neighborhood, but super close to downtown Saratoga which was extremely convenient. I cannot rave about them enough, and would recommend them to anyone staying/traveling to the area for either business or fun!" Sep-Jan 2018

We had an incredible time staying at this beautiful property in Saratoga. The hosts were extremely helpful and communicative about things to do including breweries, vineyards, restaurants, hikes and more. The property itself is beautiful and even better then how it’s pictured. The pool was so great, fire pit was awesome, all the outdoor seating was great as well for our 6 person group. The house is very close to downtown and a ton of great restaurants including Docks which they highly recommended. We can’t say more about how great our time was- we hope to come back! July 2022
